REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY

CHÍNH SÁCH ĐỔI TRẢ

 

1. Vui lòng kiểm tra bánh ngay khi nhận.

Please check the cake carefully upon receipt.

2. Nếu có lỗi từ phía tiệm (sai mẫu, sai kích thước, bánh bị hư hỏng do vận chuyển), winkcake cam kết hỗ trợ đổi trả.

If the issue is caused by Winkcake (wrong design, wrong size, or damage during delivery), WinkCake guarantees support with refund or replacement.

3. Không áp dụng đổi trả với trường hợp sản phẩm đã sử dụng hoặc khách hàng thay đổi ý muốn sau khi đã nhận.

Refund or replacement will not be accepted if the product has already been consumed or if the customer changes their mind after receiving the order.
