When ordering cakes, please note the desired time of delivery on the shopping cart page. After placing the order, please keep the phone on, customer service staff will contact you immediately if there is a problem.
A beautiful cake delivered to the customer will include a cutter, candles, plate and fork.
Decorative accessories and wrapping paper are not included (sold separately – if needed, you can choose more in the shopping cart).
After receiving the order, the shop will start preparing the cake immediately.

It is recommended to book a few hours in advance so that the shop can prepare better.
For large or single cakes, please order at least 1 day in advance.
Preserve:
– Cakes need to be refrigerated between 0°C and 5°C
– Best consumed within 24 hours
– Do not leave the cake out of the refrigerator for more than 3 hours to ensure freshness.
– Because no preservatives are used, the shelf life is no more than 48 hours.
