Secure payment commitment
Dear customers:
To ensure that all your transactions in Vietnam are safe, transparent and risk-free, Winkcake respectfully commits to the following protection measures:
I. Payment method security
1. Commitment to pay upon receipt of goods (COD)
- ✅ No cash risk: Delivery staff only collect cash and provide electronic POS receipts during the delivery process. Delivery staff will never ask for bank card information or request a transfer.
- ✅ Right to open the package and check the goods: You have the right to open the package and check the integrity of the goods before payment. If you find that the goods are damaged or not as shown in the picture, you can refuse to receive the goods on the spot without incurring any fees.
- ✅ Identity verification: When delivering high-value orders (> 5 million VND), the delivery staff will proactively present their employee card and send a receipt code via SMS. If you are not the signatory, you need a power of attorney.
2. Bank transfer commitment
- ✅ Uniqueness of account: Only use MB BANK public account for payment.
- ✅ Anti-account mismatch mechanism: Each money transfer order will generate a unique money transfer order code. Without the money transfer order code, the order cannot be canceled.
- ✅ Manually check your account: After receiving the money transfer order, our local customer service team in Vietnam will check the money transfer order and confirm via SMS within 1 hour. If there is no notification within the specified time, you can call 0767218023 to complain.
2. Data protection and privacy
Information Security: Strictly complying with Vietnam's "Personal Information Protection Law" (PDPA), your address, phone number and other data are stored with AES-256 encryption and will never be disclosed to third parties.
Cancellation of transfer order: Screenshot of bank transfer order is only used for account verification and will be automatically deleted by the system within 72 hours after confirmation of receipt of order.
3. Dispute Resolution and Compensation
Damaged/lost goods when paying COD: Delivery staff will take photos on the spot as evidence and will refund the full amount or resend for free within 24 hours.
Unverified bank transfer: With bank stamped transfer document, will be compensated 10% of order value + delay loss (>500,000 VND) within 48 hours.
Fraud reporting: After verification, the reporter will be rewarded 2 million VND and the case will be transferred to the Vietnam Economic Police (PC01) for immediate response.
