2. When receiving your cake from the shipper, kindly check the cake's condition right away.
3. Only accept the order if the cake matches your order request and all accessories included.
4. If the cake shows any signs of shifting, scratches, or damage, please contact Wink c ake immediately for assistance.
5. For orders that have been successfully delivered, WinkCake regrets to inform that we cannot handle complaints regarding issues such as damage, shifting, or melting cream if the cake was not inspected before acceptance.
Warning: The cake may include toothpicks to secure decorations. Kindly take care when serving and consuming.
