RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY 

 

1. Please check the cake carefully upon receipt.

2. If the issue is caused by Winkcake (wrong design, wrong size, or damage during delivery), WinkCake guarantees support with refund or replacement.

3. Refund or replacement will not be accepted if the product has already been consumed or if the customer changes their mind after receiving the order.
